This is the upper track plan. As stated the railroad is not a double deck railroad in the true since, but it does climb above itself in places.  If you study the previous main plan, in the Salt Lake area you can see that the track enters the room through a tunnel under Spring Garden (A) and circles the room above ( not shown ) the lower track to (A) and then enters Cliffside on the way to Salt Lake.

 All upper track is  really just running track, no work is performed on the upper section.
